OTB Korea seeks Wholesale Specialist for Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni in Seoul. Order and shipment management, 4+ years retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage wholesale orders by preparing and reporting order budgets by client and season, and issuing order confirmations
- Oversee shipment operations including delivery tracking, weekly invoicing, and shipment confirmations to ensure sales targets are met
- Prepare and report weekly and monthly actual sales versus budget figures and track seasonal order progress
- Analyze sales performance, prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance reviews, collect seasonal order feedback from clients, and report insights to headquarters
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out metrics across wholesale partnerships
- Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by senior management and client requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with major in business, fashion, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 4 years of retail industry experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office applications
- Working knowledge of SAP system is advantageous
