OTB Spa hiring Wholesale Manager for luxury brands in Seoul. Lead wholesale strategy, partnerships, and sales for Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize wholesale performance in alignment with brand strategy and company goals
- Achieve sales targets on respective markets and present new business development strategies
- Monitor and analyze weekly sell-out and monthly inventory reports by brand and business partner
- Attend wholesale buying sessions during seasonal campaigns to ensure alignment with headquarters guidance, strategy, and budget targets
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and follow-ups; negotiate and oversee wholesale partner agreements
- Maintain and expand business relationships and networks within the wholesale channel
- Analyze market conditions, industry trends, competitive positioning, and gather market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant major
- Minimum 10 years of retail experience including wholesale, preferably within the luxury industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities in retail business control
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office

Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in retail and wholesale operations, with demonstrable success in the luxury fashion sector preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above with a relevant major preferred.
