Maison Margiela Wholesale Assistant internship in Paris – 6-month role supporting international sales and commercial development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate wholesale sales campaigns and corresponding client communications
- Organize client meetings and manage team calendars and scheduling
- Conduct market research, distributor mapping, and potential analysis across key territories
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends on a regular basis
- Organize market visits and prepare comprehensive visit reports
- Develop monthly performance reporting with emphasis on strategic partners
- Track merchandise exchanges and returns processing
- Process client requests and inventory replenishment in coordination with internal departments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of business school or equivalent university degree programme (economics, management, or related field), or on a gap year
- Strong numerical proficiency and analytical capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and high-quality PowerPoint presentations
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Essential proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian language
