OTB in Breganze, Italy seeks an Addetto Magazzino (Warehouse Operator) responsible for receiving, inventory and order fulfilment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and register incoming goods; verify quantities and quality against delivery documentation.
- Carry out order picking, packing and labelling to company standards and shipment deadlines.
- Maintain accurate stock records through daily inventory transactions and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate material‑handling equipment safely (manual handling, pallet trucks; forklift where certified) and use handheld scanners or WMS terminals for data capture.
- Prepare and stage goods for shipping and returns, ensuring compliance with packaging and export requirements.
- Keep the warehouse, stockroom and staging areas clean, organised and compliant with health & safety rules.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or stockroom role, ideally within apparel or retail distribution.
- Valid forklift / lift truck certification where required by local regulations (preferred).
- Basic IT literacy, including experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to lift and move stock as required and to work on feet for full shifts.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in the fashion, retail or consumer goods sectors; demonstrated familiarity with stock control procedures and picking/packing workflows.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or supply‑chain operations is advantageous.

This position is based in Breganze, Veneto, Italy, within easy reach of Vicenza.
