OTB Korea hiring Visual Merchandising Assistant in Seoul for luxury brands Maison Margiela, Marni, and Jil Sander boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of seasonal displays and product launches aligned with HQ guidelines
- Coordinate boutique visit schedules in sync with merchandise deliveries and store operations
- Deliver and maintain visual merchandising standards across retail locations
- Photograph display results and document VM execution for HQ reporting and inter-store sharing
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Retail, and Marketing teams on timely VM initiative execution
- Prepare visual merchandising reports and presentation materials for headquarters and internal stakeholders
- Manage orders for VM props, display materials, and visual assets from headquarters
- Distribute VM props to boutiques and provide guidance on usage and maintenance
- Conduct regular inventory audits of VM materials in collaboration with store staff and warehouse teams
- Support purchase requests and invoice processing for VM-related activities
- Coordinate with external vendors for VM installations and special projects
- Support transportation and on-site installation of VM props and materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; preference for major in Fashion, Design, or related field
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Fashion or Consumer Goods industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and SketchUp
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong visual merchandising and spatial design capabilities
- Understanding of luxury fashion market fundamentals
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to make frequent boutique visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for store openings and events
- Capability to assist with physical installation and transport of VM materials
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically as required

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Fashion or Consumer Goods industry, with demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising, retail display coordination, or related functions.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above. A major in Fashion, Design, or a related field is preferred.
