OTB / Staff International seeks a Technical DataSheet Specialist in Milan, Italy — responsible for tech packs, PLM data and supplier coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and version technical datasheets (tech packs) and bills of materials for seasonal collections, ensuring accuracy of measurements, construction details, materials and trims.
  • Input and manage product technical data within the PLM system and ensure alignment between PLM, ERP and production partners.
  • Coordinate fit sessions and technical approvals with design, patternmaking, quality and sourcing teams; capture measurement modifications and update specs accordingly.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and factories to resolve technical queries, clarify tolerances and ensure manufacturability.
  • Maintain grading rules and measurement charts across sizes and product categories; verify size conversions (cm/inches) and tolerance compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation required for testing, labelling and regulatory compliance.
  • Track technical changes across development milestones and communicate revisions to internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking terminology and measurement systems.
  • Proven ability to produce accurate technical specifications and read technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to version control and data integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external manufacturers.
  • Fluency with spreadsheet work and the ability to manipulate and present technical information clearly.
