OTB is hiring a Team Leader in Roermond — lead store operations, coach a boutique team and drive sales for the brand's retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership to the store team, ensuring exceptional client service and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance and deliver against weekly/monthly KPIs through coaching, floor management and merchandising execution.
- Coach, mentor and develop staff through feedback, training plans and performance reviews to build a high-performing retail team.
- Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and inventory integrity.
- Implement visual merchandising and product presentation directives to maximise conversion and reflect seasonal campaigns.
- Manage staff rotas, attendance and workforce allocation to optimise service during peak trading periods.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention policies, health & safety and local regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with district management and support cross-functional initiatives (promotions, stock replenishment, events).
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or designer outlets.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing team performance.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Organisational competence in store operations, stock control and cash management.
- Fluent communication skills and the ability to represent the brand with professional poise.

Typically requires 2+ years of frontline supervisory or team-lead experience in retail, with preference for candidates from luxury or premium fashion environments who have led teams to meet measurable sales and service objectives.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational qualification in retail, hospitality or business is advantageous.
