Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and client engagement techniques
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to optimize store performance
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational procedures across all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and client service standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3–5 years of retail or hospitality management experience, preferably in the luxury sector
Education
