Role & Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of commercial targets through effective team organization and performance management
- Ensure personalized, tailored customer experience to meet individual and collective sales objectives
- Coach and provide constructive feedback to team members in partnership with the Store Manager to maintain exceptional service standards
- Oversee sales performance analysis, stock rotation, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising supervision
- Demonstrate leadership excellence in personalized customer service delivery and CRM-driven customer development initiatives
Qualifications
- Confirmed retail experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills
- Proactive approach to delivering personalized customer experiences
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational acuity
- Fluency in Italian, English, and Russian
