OTB seeks a Team Leader in Milan to lead store performance, coach staff and deliver luxury retail service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a store team to deliver outstanding client service and meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Plan and execute daily store operations including staff scheduling, cash handling, visual merchandising and loss-prevention procedures.
- Drive clienteling activities and ensure a luxury customer experience at every touchpoint, including CRM follow-up and aftersales.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee merchandise replenishment and coordinate stock counts with the supply chain team.
- Compile and present sales and performance reports, analyse trends and recommend corrective actions to maximise revenue and margin.
- Recruit, onboard and develop talent through structured training, performance reviews and individual development plans.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations and local labour laws.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in frontline leadership within luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.
- Demonstrable ability to coach and develop retail teams to achieve measurable performance improvements.
- Solid knowledge of visual merchandising principles and stock-management best practices.
- Good numeracy and reporting ability; comfortable working with sales dashboards and basic financial metrics.

Typically 2+ years in a supervisory or team-leader role within luxury or premium retail, with direct responsibility for sales targets, staff management and store operations.
Education
High school diploma required; further education in retail management, business or fashion is preferred.
