Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the team in the department to transform each customer experience into a memorable moment.
- Achieve targets through efficient team organization and successful product management.
- Contribute to performance improvement through product knowledge, sales and inventory analysis, product rotation, and overseeing replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Train and provide feedback to the team to ensure optimal customer experiences.

- Encourage, develop, motivate, and foster collaboration within the team to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategic plans and utilize partnerships and marketing opportunities to maximize sales.
- Create new customer relationships.
- Support the Store Manager in executing the store strategy to achieve the best sales results.
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the department regarding customer service, merchandise, cleanliness, and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales; experience in established fashion/luxury companies is a plus.
- Passionate about fashion retail, client service, and possessing a commercial mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and specific product characteristics.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
