Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store sales team to create crafted client experiences and achieve individual and team objectives
  • Achieve commercial targets through efficient team organization and effective product management
  • Coach, provide feedback, and develop team members to ensure consistently high standards of client service
  • Drive digital experience initiatives in-store and leverage digital resources for team communication
  • Build and maintain a client book through CRM initiatives and authentic relationship development
  • Actively participate on the selling floor to deliver specialized customer service and drive meaningful client relationships
  • Support the Store Manager in executing store strategy and developing business action plans to enhance sales by product category and client tier
  • Ensure operational excellence across clienteling, merchandising, display standards, stock rotation, and visual equipment
  • Monitor numerical sales and inventory data to optimize product rotation and commercial performance
  • Foster team engagement and inclusion by building positive, forward-thinking relationships with colleagues
  • Guarantee store cleanliness, grooming standards, and operational efficiency, proactively addressing issues

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in fashion or luxury retail
  • Proven ability to train, empower, and motivate sales teams
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and product sensibility
  • Mastery of verbal and written communication in Italian and English
  • Demonstrated storytelling ability and skill in asking engaging questions
