Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the departmental team to transform each customer interaction into exceptional moments
- Drive performance achievement through efficient team organization and successful product management
- Contribute to performance improvement by leveraging product knowledge, analyzing sales and inventory, managing product rotation, and overseeing replenishment and visual merchandising
- Manage a high-performing, customer-focused, service-oriented team
- Train team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure customers receive the best possible in-store experience
- Foster the digital experience within the store environment
- Strengthen, develop, motivate, and promote collaboration within the team to maximize customer satisfaction
- Execute all strategic plans and leverage partnerships and marketing opportunities to optimize revenue generation
- Build new customer loyalty and brand affinity
- Support the Store Manager in implementing store strategy to achieve optimal sales results
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the department regarding customer service, merchandise management, cleanliness, and proactively resolve challenges with positive outcomes
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in established fashion or luxury brands
- Passionate about fashion retail, client service, and commercial thinking
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and specific product characteristics
- Outstanding communication skills
- Very strong English language proficiency
