Store Manager position at Diesel (OTB Spa) in Vienna – lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage a dynamic team in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organize store operations and daily activities
- Maximize revenue through data-driven management and performance metrics
- Set individual sales targets for team members on daily, weekly, and monthly basis with reporting to Operations Manager
- Model excellent customer service standards and lead, mentor, and coach the team
- Identify store needs independently and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Ensure optimal shopping experience for customers
- Conduct team training and onboarding
- Manage staff scheduling and holiday planning
- Maintain all visual merchandising standards
- Execute back-office administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a retail management leader
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
- Excellent sales talent and passion for retail

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
