Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards across all operational and merchandising functions
- Drive sales performance and productivity by analyzing store metrics, identifying gaps, and implementing strategic actions to achieve business targets
- Maintain high-quality visual merchandising and store presentation aligned with Diesel brand standards
- Adopt a proactive stance toward market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Cultivate a high-performing team culture through coaching, development, and mentorship while promoting premium selling practices
- Execute all aspects of store operations including team recruitment, training coordination, logistics management, and overall point-of-sale functionality
- Lead and coordinate omnichannel service initiatives and retail innovations in collaboration with the team
Qualifications
- Prior store management experience in a modern luxury or premium retail environment
- Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and foster respectful working relationships
- Proven experience managing KPIs and commercial objectives in complex retail settings
