OTB seeks a Store Manager in Paris to lead a new boutique opening, drive sales and build a high-performing luxury retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of store operations for a new Paris boutique, ensuring commercial targets and profitability objectives are met.
- Recruit, train and mentor the retail team; build a high-performing, service-oriented culture focused on luxury client experience.
- Plan and execute the store opening programme in close collaboration with head office: recruitment, merchandising, visual set-up, systems activation and soft/hard launch activities.
- Own P&L responsibilities including sales forecasting, budgeting, payroll management and stock flow to optimise margin.
- Implement brand merchandising standards and visual concepts to ensure premium presentation and customer journey consistency.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and clienteling activities; cultivate relationships with high-value clients and local networks.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss-prevention processes to maintain accurate stock records and availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and health & safety requirements; manage store administration and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience (minimum 3–5 years) in luxury or premium fashion, with responsibility for a multi-person team.
- Demonstrated experience in opening or relaunching retail points of sale, including mobilisation of store launch plans.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting sales and delivering KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people-development skills with a hands-on, operational approach.
- Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English; ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
- Legal entitlement to work in France.

Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in retail management within luxury or premium fashion; prior experience leading a store opening or flagship launch strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion management or equivalent professional experience in retail.
