Maison Margiela seeks Store Manager in Monterrey, Mexico. Lead luxury retail operations, drive sales, and manage high-performing teams in a prestigious fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set up and implement regular action plans in cooperation with the Retail Manager to develop sales across product categories and diverse clientele
- Achieve financial objectives through adaptive strategic action plans that respond effectively to market conditions and pressures
- Plan and execute daily and monthly sales objectives while maintaining momentum toward long-term organizational strategy
- Support and manage omnichannel activities in full compliance with corporate standards and guidelines
- Inventory management: regularly review merchandise assortment and optimize stock levels and mix to reflect sales trends and customer demands
- Deliver exceptional and specialized customer service, transforming each interaction into a memorable experience
- Analyze CRM data and propose in-store CRM activities; develop and implement programs to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure strict application of Maison Margiela and OTB group standards including sales protocols, visual guidelines, hygiene procedures, and safety systems
- Hire, train, and develop passionate team members; evaluate performance, provide feedback, and streamline workflows and staff scheduling
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence and store presentation standards including windows, furniture, lighting, and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury lifestyle brands
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong storytelling ability
- Customer-centric mindset with passion for delivering personalized shopping experiences
- Cultural awareness and ability to engage confidently with international clientele
- Team player with collaborative spirit and dynamic group environment experience
- Multilingual fluency preferred; additional languages a significant asset
