Maison Margiela Store Manager position in Monterrey, Mexico. Lead boutique operations, drive sales and profitability, manage team and inventory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set up and implement regular action plans in cooperation with the Retail Manager to develop sales across product categories and customer segments
- Achieve financial objectives by proposing adaptable action plans and responding effectively to operational challenges
- Plan and execute daily and monthly sales objectives aligned with long-term strategic goals
- Support and manage omnichannel activities with full compliance to corporate standards and guidelines
- Analyze inventory assortment regularly and optimize stock levels and mix to reflect sales trends and customer demands
- Deliver exceptional and specialized customer service to create memorable shopping experiences
- Analyze CRM data and propose in-store CRM activities to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure application of Maison Margiela and OTB group standards regarding sales execution, visual guidelines, hygiene, and procedures
- Establish and maintain effective management systems for store safety, inventory, and equipment
- Hire, train, and develop team members; evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback
- Establish and maintain effective visual merchandising according to brand guidelines
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of store premises including windows, furniture, and lighting
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong storytelling ability
- Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Customer-centric approach with passion for personalized shopping experiences
- Cultural awareness and ability to interact effectively with international clientele

Experience
Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury goods, or lifestyle brand retail management required. Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and leading team performance in high-end retail environments is essential.
