OTB is hiring a Store Manager in Milan, Italy to lead boutique operations, drive sales and develop the retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations to ensure exemplary customer service, store presentation, and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed monthly and annual KPIs through commercial planning, visual merchandising and clienteling strategies.
- Manage full P&L accountability for the store: forecasting, budgeting, expense control and stock optimisation.
- Recruit, develop and coach store staff; implement performance management, training programmes and succession planning.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention procedures to maintain availability and minimise shrinkage.
- Execute store-level marketing, events and VIP client initiatives in collaboration with regional retail and CRM teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local labour regulations and health & safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail management within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience in driving sales, margin and KPI performance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, coaching and developing a retail team.
- Excellent organisational abilities and experience managing inventory, merchandising and store administration.
- High level of professionalism, client-focus and aptitude for delivering elevated customer experiences.

Experience
Several years of progressive experience in retail management, preferably within luxury or premium fashion, with a record of meeting sales targets and leading store teams to drive commercial results.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
