OTB is hiring a Store Manager in Milan, Italy to lead boutique operations, sales and team development for a premium fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations to deliver exceptional client experiences and consistent sales performance.
- Own P&L accountability for the store: set targets, monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; establish staffing plans, schedules and individual performance plans.
- Drive clienteling and CRM activity to maximise repeat business and lifetime value of clients.
- Maintain brand-compliant visual merchandising and store standards, collaborating with regional VM and marketing teams.
- Manage inventory control, stock flow, replenishment and shrinkage prevention in coordination with supply chain/warehouse.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports, analyse performance metrics and communicate insights to regional management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures and local retail regulations; promote health & safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a store or boutique manager within premium or luxury fashion retail.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience owning store P&L and achieving sales targets.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience recruiting, developing and retaining retail talent.
- Excellent organisational skills with a focus on operational discipline, stock management and loss prevention.
- Fluent business communication skills and professional presentation; ability to represent the brand to high-net-worth clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
Typically 3–5+ years in retail with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within luxury, premium or contemporary fashion; proven experience driving sales and managing teams in a boutique or flagship environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or a related field preferred — equivalent professional retail management experience will be considered.
