Role & Responsibilities
- Set up and implement regular action plans in cooperation with the Retail Manager to develop sales for each product category and clientele (both local and tourist)
- Achieve financial objectives by proposing action plans and adapting quickly and effectively to any situation
- Plan and implement daily and monthly sales objectives
- Maintain momentum towards the long-term strategy despite short-term pressures while developing strategic plans to achieve long-term store and organizational goals
- Support and manage omnichannel activities, ensuring full compliance with corporate standards and guidelines
- Serve as inventory manager, regularly reviewing merchandise assortment and planning to optimize stock levels and stock mix to reflect sales, buying trends, and customer demands
- Deliver excellent and specialized customer service to transform every customer experience into memorable moments; assess the local business environment and its impact on sales
- Analyze CRM data, propose in-store CRM activities, and implement activities to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure the application of Maison Margiela and OTB group standards (sales, ceremony, visual guidelines, hygiene standards, procedures); establish and maintain a management system for store safety, stock, and equipment; respond appropriately in case of disasters
- Hire passionate personnel and train them for team growth and development; evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and training; streamline workflow and create staff schedules
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of stores (windows, furniture, lighting); set up and maintain effective visual merchandising according to brand guidelines

- Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to engage clients
