Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and implement action plans to drive store strategy, optimize sales performance, and create a comprehensive 360° client experience
- Achieve financial objectives by proposing and executing action plans while demonstrating agility in adapting to operational challenges
- Provide excellent, specialized customer service and develop meaningful, loyal client relationships through targeted CRM initiatives
- Model best-in-class sales practices and self-leadership, actively engaging with the team to identify and resolve problems with positive outcomes
- Engage broadly within the community and seek cross-sector inspiration to build a cohesive, energetic, and innovative team environment
- Empower and support colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively, fostering enthusiasm and positive team spirit

Qualifications
- Previous store management experience in a modern luxury retail environment
- Strong understanding of the luxury sector and acute product sensitivity
- Demonstrated experience driving KPIs and sales targets while managing complex store operations
- Ability to interact effectively with an international clientele
- Passion for the Diesel brand, its product heritage, and market positioning
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible store management experience in a premium or luxury retail setting, with demonstrated success in leading multi-functional teams, driving sales performance, and managing P&L accountability.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management, business administration, or luxury sector training are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Leccio, Tuscany, Italy, with easy access to Florence.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 40,000 to EUR 47,000 per annum.
