Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective merchandise control, inventory management, and expense optimization
- Develop and implement clienteling strategies and client outreach programmes to foster long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty
- Achieve sales targets and maximize productivity by analyzing store business needs and executing strategic actions aligned with company objectives
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance retail team, fostering a premium selling culture and positive work environment

Experience
