OTB is hiring a Store Manager in Ingolstadt — lead boutique operations, sales and team management for the brand in Germany.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations to deliver sales targets, maximise conversion and protect margin through disciplined execution of commercial plans.
- Own P&L performance: monitor sales KPIs, control costs, execute stock replenishment and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team; set performance standards, run regular one-to-ones and manage rotas to optimise coverage.
- Deliver exemplary client experience and clienteling practices; develop local CRM activity and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure stringent visual merchandising and brand standards across the store; coordinate launches, in-store events and local marketing initiatives.
- Manage inventory integrity, stock counts, shrinkage control and loss-prevention procedures; oversee cash handling and POS operations.
- Prepare and submit timely operational and commercial reports to regional management; implement corporate initiatives locally.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail leadership, preferably within premium or luxury fashion, with P&L or target responsibility.
- Demonstrable experience coaching teams to achieve sales, service and operational KPIs.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in stock management, merchandising and basic financial controls.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset and ability to represent a luxury brand.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods; valid right to work in Germany.
Skills
Experience
Several years of progressive retail experience, with at least 3–5 years in supervisory or managerial roles within premium or luxury retail preferred. Demonstrable success meeting sales targets and managing store operations.
Education
Vocational qualification or secondary school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred but not mandatory.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany, with easy access to Munich.
