OTB seeks a Diesel Store Manager for the Selfridges boutique in London. Lead sales, team development and operations for this flagship retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day operations of the Diesel boutique within Selfridges, ensuring the store meets sales, margin and service KPIs.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team; set targets, conduct performance reviews and manage rotas to optimise coverage during peak trading.
- Deliver best-in-class clienteling and personalised customer experiences consistent with Diesel’s brand positioning and Selfridges’ premium environment.
- Own visual merchandising and shop-floor presentation in accordance with brand guidelines and Selfridges’ standards, coordinating with regional visual teams as required.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stocktakes; oversee shrinkage control and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Prepare and present regular sales, forecasting and operational reports to regional management; implement action plans to drive revenue and margin improvements.
- Coordinate in-store marketing, product launches and events with Selfridges’ events team and head office to maximise footfall and conversion.
- Ensure compliance with local labour, health & safety and company policies, and maintain an exemplary professional standard of store governance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing a boutique or department within a premium or contemporary fashion retailer, preferably 3–5 years in a store leadership role.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience owning P&L drivers and achieving sales/margin targets.
- Strong people management capability: recruitment, coaching, performance management and development of sales teams.
- Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills with the ability to cultivate loyal client relationships.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, bank holidays and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in the UK.

Typically requires 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience within a premium or contemporary fashion brand, with proven success in delivering sales, margin and people-development outcomes in a high-traffic, department-store environment.
Education
