OTB / Marni seeks a Store Manager for Dallas NorthPark to lead boutique operations, sales and a luxury client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations to achieve and exceed sales, margin and KPI targets for the Dallas NorthPark boutique.
- Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales team; conduct performance reviews and deliver ongoing training focused on luxury clienteling and product knowledge.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through proactive clienteling, appointment management and relationship development with high-value clients.
- Implement and maintain Marni visual merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring stockroom organisation and boutique aesthetics align with brand directives.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, transfers and shrinkage controls; oversee daily cash reconciliation and POS operations.
- Own local execution of marketing, CRM and store-level promotional initiatives in coordination with corporate and regional teams.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports, manage store-level P&L inputs, and support expense control and profitability initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with HR policies, health & safety regulations and company procedures; maintain professional standards and a welcoming workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing a boutique or department store team; demonstrable results against sales and KPI targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, coaching and developing retail staff in a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Deep knowledge of luxury clienteling techniques, visual merchandising principles and store-level operational best practice.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism when liaising with clients, district/regional management and cross-functional partners.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands; prior responsibility for sales targets, staffing and store P&L is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or related field preferred.
