Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations at Marni South Coast Plaza to deliver exemplary brand standards and exceptional client experiences.
- Manage, coach and develop a retail team—recruiting, scheduling, performance management and training to sustain high service and sales culture.
- Own sales performance and P&L accountability: set targets, monitor KPIs, analyse results and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue and margin goals.
- Execute visual merchandising, floor sets and store presentation in strict alignment with global brand guidelines and local calendar initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a high-value client base through proactive clienteling, CRM utilisation, private appointments and after-sales service.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, loss-prevention measures and returns management to optimise availability and minimise shrink.
- Coordinate local marketing and in-store events with corporate, ensuring flawless execution of launches, trunk shows and VIP activations.
- Prepare and submit timely operational reports, payroll and administrative documentation to district/corporate leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail with demonstrable results against sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimum 2 years of store management experience or equivalent supervisory experience in premium/luxury fashion.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with experience in recruiting, coaching and performance management.
- Commercial acumen including experience with P&L oversight, inventory management and labour optimisation.
- Excellent clienteling and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and availability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Experience
Several years of progressive experience in retail; ideally 3+ years in a retail environment with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within premium or luxury fashion.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
