Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual store strategy and action plan aligned with sales and financial targets
- Monitor and communicate store performance metrics and KPIs with supporting context and analysis
- Manage weekly staff schedules and payroll budgets to ensure optimal coverage and cost efficiency
- Review monthly profit and loss reports and implement corrective actions for expense management
- Recruit, train, and mentor store associates while fostering a learning-driven culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all store activities
- Train store personnel on customer service excellence and brand standards
- Lead clientele program initiatives and oversee customer database development
- Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, and banking procedures with full accuracy and compliance

Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail environment
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities
- Previous client relationship management experience preferred
- 4-year degree or equivalent relevant work experience
