Role & Responsibilities
- Own store business results and accountability for delivering sales and profitability targets while embodying the Diesel brand identity in all client interactions
- Build and execute store strategy with annual action plans that chart the roadmap for sales and financial achievement
- Lead all aspects of store performance including commercial results, client development, team leadership, visual standards, and operational compliance
- Communicate and track store sales and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing context and rationale for business results
- Manage store schedules weekly to ensure appropriate coverage and payroll control
- Monitor and control expense items to achieve store budgets; review profit and loss reports monthly and develop action plans for expense management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team; conduct performance management and identify personnel strengths and development areas
- Cultivate an inspiring environment for engagement and learning that empowers team members to realize their full potential
- Ensure store team training in all job responsibilities and alignment with store business objectives and strategies
- Oversee customer service standards and ensure staff delivers stellar customer experience
- Lead and monitor clientele development programs; ensure sales professionals cultivate long-term client relationships and expand customer databases
- Ensure compliance with CRM standards and work with supervisors to resolve customer issues to satisfaction

- Lead and monitor merchandise standards aligned with company direction; conduct daily/weekly/monthly analysis of business and product reports
- Manage slow-selling and best-selling inventory in collaboration with headquarters; partner with visual associates to maximize merchandising effectiveness
- Ensure all visual standards and guidelines are implemented effectively and product displays are maintained per company standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in retail management or related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and experience in luxury retail or service-oriented organizations preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Previous client book preferred
- Financial management experience
