OTB is hiring a Stock Associate in Aventura, FL — responsible for receiving, inventory and stockroom operations at the OTB retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, check invoices and packing lists, and log received merchandise accurately.
- Organize, label and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient access and inventory visibility.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Replenish sales floor merchandise, rotate stock, and support visual merchandising standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory systems to record stock movements and exceptions.
- Coordinate with store management and sales staff to prioritize replenishment during peak periods.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, health & safety regulations, and secure handling of high-value items.
- Assist with seasonal floor moves, markdowns, and preparation of stock for deliveries or returns.
Qualifications
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes (typically up to 50 lbs) and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining an orderly stockroom.
- Basic numeracy and accuracy for processing invoices, counts and inventory records.
- Clear work authorization for employment in the United States.

Experience
Entry-level role; 0–2 years of retail or warehouse experience preferred, with prior exposure to stockroom operations, cycle counts, or high-volume retail environments considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Aventura, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
