Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver vocational curricula and practical workshops aimed at entry-level retail, atelier and production roles.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and placement of apprentices and trainees across retail stores and internal ateliers.
- Develop assessment frameworks to monitor trainee progress and certify competency in core skills (client service, product knowledge, technical crafts).
- Liaise with brand teams, store managers and production supervisors to align training content with commercial and creative needs.
- Organise on-the-job learning, job rotations and classroom sessions, including scheduling, materials and trainer assignments.
- Evaluate programme outcomes, maintain trainee records and prepare regular reports for HR and brand leadership.
- Promote the academy externally at schools, vocational institutes and industry events to attract early talent.
- Ensure training complies with relevant apprenticeship regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in vocational training, learning & development, HR or in-store/atelier supervision within fashion, luxury retail or artisan production.
- Proven ability to design practical curricula and assessment tools for technical and customer-facing competencies.
- Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating multi-site placement or apprenticeships.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders (merchandising, retail, production, HR).
- Fluency in Italian highly desirable; professional English for reporting and cross-border coordination preferred.
- Relevant teaching/training certification or a tertiary qualification in fashion, education, human resources or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience
Typically 2–5 years in learning & development, vocational training, retail operations or atelier supervision within the fashion or luxury sector; proven track record running apprenticeships or in-company training programmes is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in fashion, education, human resources or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
