Role & Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate wholesale (B2B) sales campaigns, managing schedules with international teams and serving as liaison with group subsidiaries to maintain showroom standards of excellence
• Recruit, schedule, and oversee freelance and fixed-term personnel (models, dressers, servers, sales staff), calculate time-tracking and vacation payments, and manage uniform and badge administration
• Supervise and manage the Sample Coordinator's functions, including daily sample flow (receipt, loan, shipment), production timeline tracking, cross-functional coordination with PR, Logistics, and Trade Marketing teams
• Monitor and control the showroom budget, including personnel and overhead expenses; manage accounting functions, validate supplier invoices and purchase orders, and process orders and POs in SAP
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of showroom spaces; orchestrate catering operations, identify and manage vendor partnerships (catering, florists, security, reception staff), and coordinate space management and relocation projects
• Participate in the organization of men's and women's fashion shows, particularly managing commercial guest placement logistics

Qualifications

• Significant experience in showroom coordination or similar role within luxury fashion or wholesale environments
• Demonstrated excellence in financial tracking tools and proficiency with SAP
• Strong understanding of luxury sector standards of excellence and client service expectations
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide direct reports
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

Significant professional experience in showroom coordination, preferably within the luxury fashion or wholesale sectors. Proven ability to maintain operational efficiency and composure during high-pressure sales campaign periods.
