Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization and management of MM and MM6 collections within the showroom.
- Receive collections post-sales campaigns and fashion shows.
- Coordinate and track end-of-season returns.
- Collaborate with the Archives and Press team for look archiving.
- Maintain an impeccable showroom and sample space ready for appointments.
- Manage office supplies and packaging needs proactively.
- Reference collections and manage seeding via Launchmetrics, Fashion GPS, and STEALTH.
- Ensure precise categorization and barcode tracking of pieces.
- Guarantee comprehensive visibility of all samples across HQ and regions.
- Verify orders upon receipt and meticulously track stock levels.
- Place orders for duplicates and sample sets, ensuring timely delivery and status communication to Press and Digital teams.
- Coordinate HQ and regional shipments.
- Manage gifting orders as per PR/Digital directives.
- Logistically coordinate press, digital, KOL, and celebrity shipments.
- Prepare, package, and track shipments, confirming receipt and managing returns.
- Continuously update gifting stock.
- Provide operational support to agents and stylists for loan coordination.
- Support Studio, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams with sample requests for various needs.
- Assist in internal MM and MM6 campaigns.
- Enhance logistical coordination and provide operational support on specific projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in showroom coordination/sample logistics within a fashion/luxury environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities during peak periods such as fashion shows and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Launchmetrics, Fashion GPS, STEALTH, or equivalent is preferred.
- Fluent in English.

Demonstrated experience in showroom coordination and sample logistics within the fashion or luxury sector.
