Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and guide clientele through personalised, luxury shopping experiences
- Develop and retain a client portfolio through consistent, high-quality follow-up and dedicated clienteling
- Serve as a daily exemplar and mentor to the team, embodying Maison Margiela's standards of excellence
- Adhere rigorously to brand processes, guidelines, and grooming standards
- Maintain impeccable merchandising presentation and manage stock inventory responsibly
- Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding commercial targets and KPIs
- Monitor performance indicators and utilise management tools to optimise business activity
- Participate in commercial campaigns and clienteling initiatives to drive sales and customer loyalty
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in a luxury house flagship store, ideally serving demanding international clientele
- Established client portfolio with demonstrable expertise in client cultivation and retention strategies
- Exceptional commercial track record with ability to build privileged client relationships
- Fluent English; additional languages highly valued
- Meticulous attention to detail and polished professional presentation
