Diesel seeks a Selling Supervisor in Wrentham, MA to lead sales teams and drive exceptional customer experiences at its retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by leading by example and delivering personalized shopping experiences to customers
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge and fashion industry expertise to educate and inspire both customers and team members
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and elevate customer service standards
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and action plans

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in premium or casual fashion retail, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance and managing direct reports. Strong background in building and motivating high-performing retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant retail management certification preferred.
