Diesel seeks an experienced Selling Supervisor in Orlando to lead retail sales teams. Hourly position with leadership and customer focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and drive sales by assisting customers with personalized shopping experiences
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and fashion trends to educate and inspire both customers and team members
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards
- Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans
- Ensure high visual and operational standards throughout the store

- Proven track record as a respected leader in retail or luxury retail environments
- Strong management and communication skills
- Passion for premium denim and deep understanding of Diesel brand culture
- Demonstrated expertise in building customer relationships and delivering world-class service
- Fashion enthusiasm with recognized knowledge of industry trends and product categories

Education
