OTB / Marni is hiring a Selling Supervisor in Miami Design District to lead boutique sales, team coaching and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client service and meet or exceed sales KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, opening/closing procedures, cash handling and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and in-store presentation to reflect Marni brand identity.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and assist with receiving, transfers and stock audits.
  • Implement clienteling activities and CRM follow-up to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise repeat business.
  • Train, mentor and conduct performance reviews for boutique staff; identify development opportunities and succession needs.
  • Liaise with store management and regional leadership on sales reporting, local initiatives and promotional execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with the ability to motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, focused on high-touch client service and relationship building.
  • Organisational rigour in areas such as scheduling, cash reconciliation and inventory control.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.

Experience
