OTB Selling Supervisor role at McArthur Glen Designer Outlet – lead luxury retail sales team
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage sales floor operations and staff performance
- Ensure exemplary customer service standards and luxury retail experience
- Monitor sales targets and KPIs for assigned department or store section
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
