The Selling Supervisor at Diesel reports to the Store Manager and leads the store team to drive brand awareness, business growth, and exceptional client experiences in this newly expanded market location. This supervisor manages daily store operations, implements company policies and procedures, and serves as a brand ambassador for premium denim and casual fashion, while taking ownership of visual merchandising, operations, and supervisory skill development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assists management in achieving store sales targets and maximizing profitability through effective team supervision and implementation of company programs and policies
- Acts as a positive role model representing Diesel brand values and takes a proactive approach to business trends and market needs
- Continuously develops supervisory skills by owning responsibility for visual merchandising, store operations, and team development
- Temporarily assumes store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Executes omni-channel services and initiatives to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints

- Deep product knowledge and industry trend awareness recognized by peers and colleagues
- Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver world-class customer experiences

Skills
Experience
Retail or fashion industry experience with demonstrated supervisory responsibility and team leadership capabilities. Proven track record of driving sales performance and creating exceptional customer experiences in a fashion retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional fashion retail certifications or advanced education preferred.
