Role & Responsibilities
- Assists management in achieving store sales targets and maximizing profitability through effective team supervision and implementation of company programs and policies
- Acts as a positive role model representing Diesel brand values and takes a proactive approach to business trends and market needs
- Continuously develops supervisory skills by owning responsibility for visual merchandising, store operations, and team development
- Temporarily assumes store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Executes omni-channel services and initiatives to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints

Experience
Retail or fashion industry experience with demonstrated supervisory responsibility and team leadership capabilities. Proven track record of driving sales performance and creating exceptional customer experiences in a fashion retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional fashion retail certifications or advanced education preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 18 per hour.
