OTB seeks a Selling Supervisor in King of Prussia, PA to lead the sales floor, coach staff and drive retail KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exemplary clienteling: build, maintain and grow high-value client relationships and ensure personalised service.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through on-the-floor training, feedback and performance reviews.
- Manage store operational tasks including staff scheduling, cash handling, opening/closing procedures and loss-prevention measures.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with brand directives on the sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with replenishment and support stockroom organisation and receiving processes.
- Analyse sales reports and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and corrective actions.
- Act as point of escalation for customer service issues and ensure swift, brand-consistent resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving KPI performance.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop a diverse sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings; ability to work retail peak periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail sales experience with at least one year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity; prior experience in fashion or premium retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
