OTB Selling Supervisor position in Waikiki. Lead retail sales team, drive store performance, and manage daily operations at flagship location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure achievement of store sales targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the retail sales team on the selling floor
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper product display and merchandising standards
- Maintain high levels of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment
- Conduct staff training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale operations
- Analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or luxury retail supervision
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with retail management systems and POS software
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or contemporary fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or coursework preferred.
