OTB Spa – Marni Selling Supervisor position in Cabazon, CA. Lead luxury retail sales, manage team performance, and drive KPIs at an outlet boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales and exceed KPIs through genuine passion for luxury fashion and client engagement
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury products and trends to educate and inspire both customers and team members
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with VIP and loyal clients through clienteling strategies
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members
- Ensure the store operates efficiently by overseeing daily operations, including stock management and loss prevention
- Uphold brand visual and merchandising standards to enhance the store's appeal
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury retail best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail management or related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-oriented organization preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Experience
2+ years of experience in retail management or a related supervisory role, with demonstrated success in driving sales, leading teams, and maintaining luxury service standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certifications or luxury brand training preferred.
