Role & Responsibilities
- Assist management in meeting store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators while maximizing profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized follow-up and comprehensive client record management
- Demonstrate products, recommend styling solutions, and promote wardrobing to align with brand standards and client preferences
- Train and develop store employees in customer service excellence and brand protocols
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines, ensuring consistent product presentation
- Identify slow-selling merchandise and communicate inventory needs to management
- Supervise staff scheduling, workload allocation, and conduct store meetings to communicate targets and priorities

Experience
2+ years in a client-driven environment in a lead sales or supervisory role. Preferred: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a luxury or high-end, client-based retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: 4-year degree or equivalent combination of work and professional experience.
