Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals through consultative selling and relationship-building
- Maintain thorough understanding of company history, brand values, product knowledge, and operational policies and procedures
- Deliver best-in-class customer service aligned with Diesel standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Execute omnichannel service initiatives and support retail operations across all channels
