Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients, proactively building rapport and long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through professional client advisory and effective clienteling.
  • Operate POS systems, process transactions, handle cash and maintain accurate sales records and receipts.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure showroom readiness and execute seasonal floor moves.
  • Support inventory management: receive, tag and replenish stock; conduct stock counts and assist with loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and client outreach initiatives as needed to drive footfall and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or luxury retail coursework preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service orientation and polished presentation.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling proficiency; comfortable using retail POS systems.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.

Experience
