Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary in‑store customer service and personalised clienteling to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through proactive selling, effective product presentation and cross‑selling.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash reconciliation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor, stockroom and fitting rooms reflect brand guidelines.
- Support inventory management: receive, tag and replenish merchandise; assist with stock counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Assist with store events, private appointments and omnichannel fulfilment activities such as click‑and‑collect and ship‑from‑store.
- Communicate client feedback and market intelligence to store management to inform local merchandising and promotional activity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion or retail is a plus.
- Demonstrable retail sales experience, ideally in premium or luxury fashion; customer‑facing experience of 1+ year preferred.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays consistent with retail trading hours.
- Professional presentation, strong verbal communication skills and a service‑oriented disposition.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team while remaining self‑motivated and target‑driven.
