Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to an international customer base in a high-traffic airport retail environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling, product storytelling and effective cross-selling.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling and reconciliations.
- Maintain immaculate visual presentation and merchandising standards consistent with brand guidelines and travel‑retail constraints.
- Build and maintain client records and follow up with clients using clienteling best practices and CRM tools.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute promotions, launches and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail, preferably within premium, contemporary or travel-retail environments (1+ years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse, international clientele.
- Commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays typical of airport retail operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Typically requires at least one year of frontline retail experience, ideally within luxury, contemporary fashion or travel-retail channels; experience meeting sales targets and using CRM/POS systems is preferred.
Education
