Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, best-in-class client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise sales conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain impeccable merchandise presentation and visual standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, inventory reconciliation and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Contribute to in-store events, launches and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand awareness.
  • Capture client data and sales activity in the store CRM to support follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail (preferred 1+ years).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on relationship building and client service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or product knowledge training is advantageous.
  • Professional demeanour, presentation and alignment with the brand's aesthetic and service standards.

Experience
