OTB seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate at Orlando International Airport (Orlando, USA) to deliver luxury retail service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships in a high‑traffic airport retail environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, product recommendation and cross‑selling.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cashing procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation, window displays and store housekeeping reflect brand guidelines.
- Manage stockroom activities including receiving deliveries, replenishing floor stock and conducting inventory counts.
- Support opening and closing procedures, perform daily sales and till reconciliation, and prepare sales reports as required.
- Follow loss prevention protocols, health & safety and airport security requirements; obtain any required access credentials.
- Collaborate with the store team and regional management on promotional activities, product launches and clienteling initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for part‑time shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays; flexibility to work within airport operating hours.
- Legally authorised to work in the United States and able to obtain airport access credentials if required.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to a luxury retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in premium, luxury or travel‑retail environments; experience with high‑volume, fast‑turnover stores is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
