OTB seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate in Miami Design District to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused shopping experience consistent with luxury brand standards; build long-term client relationships and follow up on leads.
- Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through consultative selling, effective upselling and product storytelling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain boutique floor standards: visual merchandising, product presentation, replenishment and housekeeping of the sales area.
- Support stock control activities including receiving, tagging, stockroom organisation and regular inventory counts.
- Participate in client events, private appointments and store initiatives; collaborate with the team on daily priorities and promotions.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and brand security standards while protecting client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience; 1+ years preferred, ideally in premium or luxury fashion.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Customer-centric mindset with demonstrable consultative selling and clienteling abilities.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; reliable time management.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion-related training advantageous.

At least one year of retail sales experience is preferred; candidates with prior exposure to luxury or premium brands will be given strong consideration.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or sales is a plus.
